Request Aura Data Deletion

Aura honours the privacy choices you make through Facebook and WhatsApp. Follow the steps below to initiate deletion of the data we store on your behalf.

How to submit a request

  1. Open Facebook on the web or mobile and navigate to Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Select the app named Citt AI.
  3. Click Send Request to ask Aura to delete the data associated with your account.
  4. Facebook will submit a secure, signed request to Aura. You will be redirected back to this site with a confirmation code you can use to track progress.

What happens after a request?

We verify the request with your therapist or clinic, schedule deletion of eligible data across our systems, and notify you via email once the process is complete. For safety and regulatory reasons, certain clinical records may need to be archived instead of deleted; we will explain any exceptions in our response.
